This is the best way, but the worst way of implementation is done by ola.if we get an auto u must be the most happiest one in the planet cause no driver accepts it! Even if they accept only some drivers agree to give a ride thats insane
Customer service
Ola doesn’t allow any voice bookings so this can be tedious and difficult task for uneducated people in booking also customer care do not handle booking they only take issues related to app and complaints
Ola money
This is the worst wallet that ola provides. It can’t be used anywhere except Cabs. Recharging the ola money is obviously no use.
