Bad experience with Olacab. They do not care for customer urgency. I book cab from Munnekolal to yashvantpur railway station by 12 pm today. by 1pm diver called me to cancel booking. I cancel that book again but stupid apps booking me again with same cab and driver. I changed cab type and 3 driver refused me to go to yashvantpur. That was ridiculous. One driver pick me but stupid person do not know route. His navigation mobile was switch off. This guy has left me at yashvantpur railway station by 3.41 pm IST. Train was 3.50 pm IST. As I know that tran goes from platform 1. I guide him to go to platform one. This diver doesn’t care for other urgency.
