Ola Cab service in Meerut city is indeed in its worst avtar. Don’t compare Ola service here in Meerut that you experienced in Delhi or Noida. Here in Meerut almost all the Ola cab driveres are without uniform and usualy don’t have Ola logo on the cabs. Cabs also are not very neat and clean, some are realy with bad smell. Moreover here in Meerut Ola cab drivers when you book through App, call you and inquire about your location and destinstion and if they feel that your dastination is not too far to get them good fair they bluntly deny to pick you up or even ask you more money. Cab drivers behaviour is most of the time remains not up to the mark. Ola managment must look into the matter and make their service in Meerut better.
