Recently I have booked an ola auto for a ride of 14 kms which showed me ride estimate from Rs.178 - Rs.194 during booking and charged me Rs.443(CRN1869792639) even when its not a peak period. Billing is not shown for me for an hour even after leaving the auto. And on my return back I booked an Micro which showed me ride estimate of Rs.232 - Rs.252 and charged me the same of Rs.252 for that ride of 14.8 kms which was the same route traveled back and the same route suggested by maps for the driver in both the trips. I tried to raise a query regarding the same but Ola is very clever in cheating so they haven’t had any customer care number and there is no response till date for the request made through Ola App
