Iam using Ola app for cab from the time it started, in July end I was in Jaipur I took an ola to my home my younger sister was with me.
At the drop point I asked for Paytm num he denied than I gave 2000 rs note to driver for fare charges I was having only 1note at tht time
He started tallkinh to me bla bla.and sudden he said ok madam do Paytm and kept tht note with him ( my sis was unlocking home so she stepd out before me ) as he said mam do Paytm I said it’s ok and stepd out from ola
After minute I checked my purse money was not there.I calld driver again he started shouting and said I returned you.
If he dint get money he had to call me for Paytm but no he switch off his phone
I complained with ola they dint accept the issue more than 500 .
Iam really not happy with ola and service as well
