My husband and I was coming from Mumbai in chilly winter night, we called Ola cab for immediate booking prior 30 min of our expected reaching time.
Even though we were 15 min late than the scheduled time, still cab was not their. we called the driver 10 time(Yes we counted it) and he did not respond well, they sent another driver, but he did the same thing. We were waiting in a chilly night, on the street where there were no lights, for 1 hour and as it was late 1 am, still cab was not arrived.
If they didn’t want to come then they should have told us, we would have done some other arrangements but at 1 in the night we were not having any other choice as there was no other facility available.
They should have take it seriously when they ditch people like this.
Worst experience.
I hate Ola cabs.
