Ola Cabs is very bad taxi service in India. There are many better taxi service than Ola Cabs like Uber, TaxiForSure in India.
One day I went to Delhi. I was new in Delhi that time so I decided to take taxi. I used Ola Cabs then I rode from Old Delhi railway station to New Delhi railway station and after reaching at destination driver completed the ride then on the screen it was showing Rs.560/- for that small riding. Then I called the customer care and after telling whole problem they just told me that I have to pay the whole amount to driver because that was company rules.
I was very disappointed from that. Sometimes after applying referral coupon they showed the full amount without deducting referral credit. Sometimes the driver takes advantage of not knowing about roads of customer and they takes long way for reaching at destination. This happens just because Ola Cabs App doesn’t have navigation system.
I won’t recommend this Cab service to anyone at any condition.
