I used ola cabs many times in kurukshetra and Chandigarh. I traveled many time with coupons. Some time it works and some time it doesn’t.
Most Drivers with whom I travelled were disgusting. Some are so much greedy. Car quality are like good. But they choose their path and sometime drivers says let me earn some money. Can I put engine on and drive to my home if ur coupon is valid. And after that they call for money providing reason that your coupon was not correct. So overall there is nothing like special facilities. Its just like doing a personal auto.
