Ola is working on their app system but no provision for trouble shooting in case customer has any problem.


Most drivers are also not well versed with the system and not able to help the customers, resulting into cancellation of Ride and Ola is charging Rs.50/- as fine in line with their policy without knowing from the customer the actual issue.


Reference to my ride CRN5105377804, Ola charged me Rs.50/- without knowing the actual issue.


I booked the Ola Cab mini, for International T2 Terminal, has NO space for putting luggage, wasted 25 minutes and driver cancelled the booking stating book Premier Ola taxi.


I booked Premier Ola Cab, still same problem - NO space for luggage. Someone is going to International Airport will naturally have at least 2 bags, and if husband and wife are going, they will have, minimum 2+2 bags, we managed with great difficulty because I got late by 65 minutes. In addition to the above, their system confirmed booking, putting home location as drop location and no one knew how to correct the error, their app wasn’t responding to edit the drop location, all it took more than 35 minutes to resolve the matter.


Now I have come to US, my phone is not working, they intentionally not provided any mail ID for customers to complain because they know their services are very bad and they can’t handle the volume of their complaints being generated every day. I am reachable through mail ID and WhatsApp.
