OLA is a cab service in INDIA like Uber and other services comapany, they usually used thr cars fotr their customers and provide many facilities for the customers.
Recently I used OLA for the ride from Seelampur to Lal Quila(Red Fort), the cab came at the right time but as per booking slip they eclared that OLA Cab has fully AC that you booked but at the time of journey when I asked about this driver, he said to me "AC is damaged from last 2 weeks", that’s irritated me lot.
But Finally the journey was good and fast service as I expected.
Means sometimes they never give you what they said.
