I am writing this email with deep disappointment regarding the lack of options to voice customer concerns directly. It is frustrating that Ola only allows written complaints, with no way to speak to a representative for urgent matters.
Recently, I booked a cab through the Ola app in Pune. The driver refused to come to my pickup location and instead asked me to walk nearly 1 km to where he was waiting. Despite this inconvenience, I still walked to the cab. Upon reaching, the driver demanded double the fare. When I refused to pay the extra amount, he canceled the ride himself and, to my shock, a cancellation charge was still applied to my account. When I questioned him about this, he began misbehaving.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expect a prompt resolution, including a refund of the cancellation charges and appropriate action against the driver.

Also I got a ticket id from ola support which was(ticket ID: 12343422)
But no resolution given
