On 12th of november we booked a cab to go for a conferrence.the booking is cleared by the app but after 15 minutes they send msg that ur booking is cancelled.Ididn’t expect that they will do like this.They are showing that they have a good service but they are not giving good services at all.After a lot of harresment I get to the conferrence.The conference started before 2 hours when I got there.My friends are waiting there for me but infront of them I feel very embarass.
Last month in jaipur I take ride on ola cab and put cashless coupon code but still there is no cashback in my wallet.
Then I put a complain on ola ck app but still there is no response from them.
There is a a offer when you done your first transgisation by upi or atm/ debit card then I will get RS 75 cash back to my ola money valut but still I didn’t get any money.
I my view ola provide fake offer to attact more coustmer.
