Few days ago I book Ola Cabs from my home to railway station at at 1 o clock at night and the cap came in 30 to 35 minutes and after that did Charles double the amount mention in rate card as he was saying that its the policy of the company and this thing the app shows at the time of booking cab but it doesnt show anything relevant to double of charges and as I was getting late the customer care was also not able to help me and at that time the ola cab driver top double the price as mentioned in rate card and after that I didnt use ola till date.
