Dont believe OLA booking if you dont want to miss flight, important meeting, event.you will be taken for ride for sure as they dont have proper systems in place.
Ridiculous cab service which makes you miss your flight.
I booked ola cab vide ref no 60254710 for 5am departure on 14 Feb to catch a flight .the booking was confirmed and I waited for driver details which was supposed to be provided before half hour.finally I received regret message at 5:46 AM(delay of 1:15 hours) .saying we can’t provide cab.what a service.effectively meaning that we will take you for ride(pathetic) really. The message I received for cancellation at 5:46am says that no cab available in vicinity.but when I checked on ola app.all rides were available within 10 min call.
The first reply reply from OLA says that they have reprimanded driver.when I enquired more saying that it cant be driver fault then they started blaming system for the issue.
It seems that in the quest to earn more they are taking people for granted.
