I have been a regular user of OLA all around India and have not faced such indignation and pathetic service from OLA as it happended today.
The drivers booked for my trip, repeatedly cancel and call up and seek personal details, which is against Ola security guidelines.
Worst of all is the OLA support, which looks like a competitive exam than a customer support. It moves from one multiple choice to another with end result being a standard statement of apology. Adding salt to the wound is a compterised message from a sweet sounding lady adding more apologies.
What support is this doing if the problem is not resolved. If the drivers need more money, add it into the fare and dont force them to deal underarm with customer who is returning after a long journey and is looking forward to early return home.
Sad to see a good company failing to such deaths just to meet some unrealistic bottom lines.
After this day, I plan to uninstall the app and shift to other Cab aggregators. The local taxi drivers may even be better.
