Hello friends , here I am talking about one of the biggest and widely used online cab ola. I have a really bad experience with ola cabs which I want to share with you, first of all I usually don’t book cabs from ola , I prefer taxi for sure and uber cabs but due to unavailibility of cabs , I booked an ola cabs and when I called to driver so I found his number was not reachable , I tried four to five times , drive attended call on 5th time and he asked me where you want to go.
I told that I want to go to railway station and he told me that his car is not working properly , I came for repairing work . I know that his car was perfectly fine but he didn’t want to go to station that’s why he made silly excuse. I just want to say that if a person is in hurry and these drivers give this type of excuse so what will happen , for this reason I will not recommend ola and secondly the fare charges are also higher than uber and taxi for sure
