Hi I have experienced a uncomfortable service with Ola shuttle Noida.dont use this disgusting service provider
that created lots of mental agony and stress.Today, Morning I booked a cab towards a drop point noida city centre on 19 feb 2016 SRN830101 at 7: 13 am .got a confirmation with details of cab no DL1VA8166 pick up time 7: 36 am.
This whole.odessey, I lost 45 minutes due to which I missed my important Clint and project I losses 2500.and late of my office due to half day.When called customer support they told that cab is on the way.again I called customer support after a long hold they shared supervisor no. When I called supervisor at 7: 55, but he told that some thing happened between cab drivers and auto union at amrpali zodiac sec 119 gate so he cant come.he will not pickup at amrpali zodiac but at the same time I was at amrpali zodiac and nothing happned between cab driver and auto union.
He told me to come police chauki 1.5 km distance from amrpali zodiac.that time it was 8.18 am.and I was late by aprox 40 min.I missed my Clint and project. My total loss is 3000.only only ola is responsible for this.i got a mail in evening regarding invoice of ride but I today dont use ola shuttle. I reached my office by best service provider Uber cab.i really observed very worst service provider ola.
