For my airport drop I was charged toll twice once through ola money and cash to driver. I was not aware that the bill includes toll charges and wash in a rush to board the plane and didn’t have time to argue with driver. When I report this to Ola they initially give me instructions to apply for refund. But nothing happens inspite of repeated calls and mails. When I escalate, they check with the driver and driver admits his ignorance on taking extra money. But even after the proof, in the name of the process, they refused to refund, saying I should have not paid in cash. I am not asking refund for money that I paid to random person. Are you not accountable for your drivers actions? I would be more than worried to use Ola going forward. It’s not that your service was best of class so far, but you addressed my complaints on time, that made stick to Ola. I have some Ola money left, will use up that and will make sure I uninstall Ola app. I don’t want to be robbed further
