Very Bad experience with OLA cab driver. As I booked the cab it was showing the Cab near by and showing that cab will reach in 4 minutes. Even after 4 minutes when cab has not arrived, I called the driver. I asked him how much time it will take you reach at my pick up point. He replied that he was standing outside my house. Then I came to my balcony and found the cab was not there. I told him that your cab is not outside my house. He replied that what is your pick point. I replied that pick up address is correctly picked by Ola app and it is 134, Urban state, sector 40, Guru gram, Haryana 122022, India. He replied that on his mobile house no. is same as I told that is 134, however sector is 47 and he is standing in front of house no.134 but in sector 47. I replied really but if ola app has picked correct address how can it be different on his mobile. Then he said loudly, "Aur kya jo dikha raha h vo hi to bolenge." then I said to him ok now come to 134, Urban state, sector 40, and I will check in your mobile what is the pick up address in ola app. He said "ha dekha lena". This took around 15 minutes. After this also he did not reach in next 15 minutes also. so total 30 minutes delay till then. After that I he called me that I am at house no.136 but not able to reach house no.134. Then finally I said him to reach shaktipeeth temple that is near by to pick up address. I, my wife, my wife’s friend, her husband, her two little children, we all reached shaktipeeth temple by walking it took another 15 minutes. Then as I enterd in the car’s front seat I saw in drivers mobile and pick up address was same as it was showing in my ola app that is 134, Urban state, sector 40, Guru gram, Haryana 122022, India. I told the driver it is same address and sector is 40 in your mobile also than why you were saying that you were in sector 47. He told "Mene sector 47 nahi bola tha, mene sector 40 hi bola tha". Then I asked that if address was correct then why he was not able to reacg the destination by using GPS. He said that GPS was leading him to some other location. So I told him you are lying neither it is showing sector 47 nor it is possible that GPS would lead you to wrong location. He replied ha m jhoot bol raha hoo aur ola ne mughe isilia rakha h, aur ola se mughe isi baat k pese milte h, aur m ruka hua hoo abhi tak y meri mahanata h verna hamare pas option hota h ki agar 10 minutes m customer na mile to hum ride cancel kr skte h.Then I told him if you would cancel the trip from your side without any solid reason like customer refused to take the cab, you may be fined for rupees 500. On this he said "koi farak nahi padta hame krva do fine". After all this finally our journey started to the destination that was a marriage hall as we were going to attend the marriage ceremony of my wife’s friend,
