Hi I m mahesh I use OLA to travel in the.city of bangalore frequently atleast once in a week. The ola service is satisfactory for me and the online app for booking the cabs is user friendly anyone can access it easily. We can find the cabs within a maximum time of 10mins and the ride in the cabs which are owned or attached is also well maintained as per customer needs.
Pricing part is also very convenient for me which is not charge more than a regular auto. Billing of the ride will be mailed to designated mail id so we can see the fair breakup also. Overall its a good experience to travel in OLA.
