Been using Ola Cabs. Initailly it seems like a good service, came on time and had a lot of offers. But of-late they’ve always been late and start charging extra all the time as’surplus charges’ sometimes on a weekday in the afternoon which doesn’t even seem RIGHT ??
And today they charged me something called ’RIDETIME’ charge which is supposedly Rs 2 per km.When they are already taking Rs 18 per km what is that for? Obviously when we book a cab we will ride in it:-/ Are we supposed to book and fly instead?
When I called the customer care informing this, they take 15 mins to finally connect me with someone who doesn’t have a solution to this. S cabs all the way. Never get carried away by the offers they tell you. They will snatch back double the money from u with a s service.
