I am very disappointed with Ola. I see a HUGE hike in the fares that Ola is charging nowadays! When I compare the fares for the same distance a few months ago, I see a difference of around Rs.500 which is unacceptable!
There are unnecessary 1.4x or 2.4x charges being applied as peak time charges! I seriously don’t understand what this peak charges mean to Ola!
Also, when I booked Ola recently, I was assigned a driver who was no where close to my pick up point, while I was updated as the driver is four minutes away from me! I had to cancel and re-book the ride to get the correct driver information.
The service provided by Ola is DETERIORATING and the charges are reaching the sky! Ola was always my first choice a few months ago. But now, I WOULD NEVER THINK OF OLA FOR MY JOURNEY because of their meaningless fares and bad service!
