When I first registered to Ola I got an email saying that I will get rs 200 off on my first ride, like every other common er I was too happy reading that and day after that booked an auto from kalkaji to new delhi railway stn. First the auto took 20 minutes to reach and the estimated time in the app was 3 mins. After that when I reached there I saw that I didn’t get any off on my ride.
After that I had to leave for mumbai one day and booked there pre cab booking service for 10 in the morning for the other day.
When I was about to leave the home and call the driver, I got a msg saying that sorry sir your cab is cancelled and I had to book a private can in urgent paying him 2x the fare I usually pay.
