I booked a place cab from their app from my place at malad east to churchgate it said that the cab will arrive within 30 minutes nearest to my place and it will also send me a msg with cab number and driver as well but I didn’t received any of it after 1 hour I got a call from Ola they said there is some glitch sir you have to book again I mean seriously they wasted my time and I was late for my appointment other services are better than this Ola cabs
