Here I am sharing own experience with Ola Cab, It may be useful to these who are going to book a cab for the next trip.
And also some of you who have used their( Ola Cabs) services will surely agree with me.So let’s start.
Some days ago I booked my cab at morning in Delhi but cab was not arrived to the place, While I got drivers number and other details though a message by Ola Cab, So after some time I called him to know the reason for not arriving to pickup point. He replied that there is huge traffic jam in Mayur Vihar area so he was not able to pick me anymore.
But in this case what was his responsibility?. To inform me about his inability to pick me at the same time from his side and a greater responsibility of the Ola cab. But they did not do that.
After this I re-booked the cab but they again failed to arrive to me and this time driver’s excuse was - " taxi’s tyre has been puncher, So please book another cab.
So I decided to book Uber cab and they successfully droped me at the destination.
Now I prefer only Uber cab not Ola.
