Ola is operating cab services in india. one day I have to go on a get together and I already have heard before about ola cabs, so I think lets go through ola, and I was being late so I have depart as early as possible so I called ola cab but when I saw the condition it was so dirty and seats are full of dust. I had no choice yet to sit and acknowledge my destiny. the driver appeared to be not comfortable or familier with the ways and he is looking little bit confused about it. I asked him to take less rush roads but he was adamant on taking the more extended and in the long run we ended up getting stuck in traffic jam, where it took us over an hour to receive in return.
besides to this I was requested to pay the toll tax which falls while in transit to my way however I had perused on the ola website that all the expence/tolls are are incorporated into thelast bill as it were.
I thought that is totally an open swindle and I had no choice yet to pay as opposed to belligerence with that kindred since I was at the point late for the train.
I would like to suggest that take own vehicle or anything else but do not hire the ola cabs.
