Today I visited using Ola. That was very bad experience. Driver was very rude. He dont know how to use the device.
In my account ola money was there but he was not accepting he told he need cash. Though I visited from 9.50 to 10.30 still be charged 1.5x I was agreed to give but he told he will not accept ola money he need cash.
I was disagree so he told that he will call police. I told him okk no problem lets call the police. He was fighting with me near about 1 hour.
I called customer care at least 5 times and wasted 40 Rs but still problem was not solved. Finally one executive solve the problem and told me to Leave the place and he told me not to pay him money as they will credited the money in his account.
The driver was shouting and finally he forced me to give cash. Please take a complaint against him and dont pay any money for this booking as I already paid him. One request either close the option of recharge do it mandatory to pay by cash otherwise give them training so that they can use the device properly a d customer will not suffer because of them.
