Hello friends, today I am going to share my experience about the facilities or service provided by ola. Hope you find get some help out of it.
I live in chandigarh for my higher studies and to go distances, I usually do prefer cabs. For a long time I used ola and my experience was not satisfying.
I found out that most of the tour drivers were not aware of the routes and paths and many time I was unable to make them understand where I am. Some times I found that they canceled the ride by themselves. Even after talking to the ola customer service, they ask us to pay cancelation charges.
Other thing that the ola is not good at is that they do not keep proper check of the quality of ride.Ola cabs were many times in bad condition and untidy. I now don’t travel in ola cabs because now we are available with more cabs facilities and much greater tour experience.
