I am using Ola cab for last two months. At starting they gave free rides and so many offers. So I used it frequently for my every trip. But now a day’s they are reduced the offers compare with starting. That’s not an issue for branding their service they given offers at starting. But I felt that they are cheating on me. Last Friday evening I booked Ola with fifty rupees offer between 4 p.m to 6 p.m.
I booked with that coupon code and they shown peak time charge 1.4 times. I thought may be because of Friday evening every one looking for cab. So peak time charge is reasonable. But two days back Wednesday morning 6 o clock I tried Ola cab booking its shown 2 times peak hour charge. Is 6 o clock peak hour? Also so many cabs are available in that area at that time. I worried why they are collecting peak time charge at morning 6 o clock and also this many cabs are available here. After 5 min while I am I trying peak time charge reduced to 1.8 times. Like this every 5 min they reduced peak time charge then finally I booked at 1.4 time charge. After booking immediately I tried another booking but it shown no peak time charges.
Previously even at 4 o clock early morning I paid rupees120 for this same distance trip. But this time I paid rupees 170. Ola cab should consider and have to work on this peak time charge service to keep their brand name good as like previous.
