I had booked Ola cabs (Bangalore) on my birthday for one way drop to a place, there were heavy rains that evening. Just half n hr before I get a cancelled booking msg, and when we checked with the cabs they couldn’t provide a replacement. And we couldn’t get another cab in a short while due to heavy rains and being a Friday evening. It spoiled my evening.
I would never ever book Ola cabs again and neither recommend to anyone. Absolutely useless customer support!
