My Mail to their support is self explanatory.
"Today I booked an OLA cab at 2 PM today(17 Sep) and rode it to Bagalur. As has been a practice, the Driver said AC is not working. I called up the helpline and received usual responses like we will attend to it etc. Well … you charge 1.3 times per trip and the vehicle does not have an AC. Even the condition of the vehicle was pathetic.
If this was the first time, I would not have complained. But 2 times last month when I used Ola, the experience was the same(please look at the complaint history of my account). All the drivers said their AC is defective. Every time I called helpline but no favorable response was received(except promises with no follow up of course).
However, there has been no respite in your charges, which are 1.8 time, 1.3 times etc.I have decided to switch over to Uber for good. They are provide decent services at honest rates".
