Day by day ola cab is Losing its credibility. First of all the biggest problem with ola cab is most of their driver are unprofessional. Driver always have the right to cancel the ride without even thinking what will happen to the customer. If a customer cancel the ride its chargeable many times but at the same time if a driver is cancelling the right after spending your valuable time he is not at all accountable.
I don’t know why they have removed the option to pay via Paytm. They have their own ola money through which you have to pay the charges, and you can re-utilise the same ola money with very least amount of payment gateways.
The ola coupon code that you can Google in most of the site is not trustworthy and they do not work very frequently. I don’t know why would I do not provide the coupon code that can be used to get discount on billing.
Currently they come up with a new surcharge that is completely hidden while travelling and is dynamic, you do not know what will be the charges at the end of the trip. They have their regular charges on top of it waiting charges and again the added surcharge. Surcharge v where varies of it so on and he is completely hidden to the passenger. At the end of the trip you will come to know what exactly is the surcharge they quoted.
Finally I would like to add about ola auto. In the past 2 years and never had successfully booked an ola auto. What is simply reject the booking request and the process is quite long which spoils your valuable time.
In the latest app they have included a feature which shows you the nearby cabs but while booking it keeps on rotating around is circle and took 3-4 minutes to book the cab, during which you cannot cancel the ride. So once you try to book a cab it’s a process of 3 to 4 minutes to get a confirmation that the cab is booked or not.
5 out of 10 times AC of the cab do not work, for which they charge what ever they want.
Customer care has nothing to do with the complaints of the passengers and many a times they do not reply back to the query raised by the passenger.
