Dear friends, we always use ola cabs for transportation. But 2-3 time I get cheated by them. I book cab but driver is late. So I call driber and he said that he is in road block. So I said that please cancel your ride. I will get late. He cancelled and aftet some time I got a sms that I habe debit money from my ola credit. Icall to driber and ola, but no help from anywhere. Second I book in pune and driver said that he is in railway station parking area, please come there. I go to in oarking area and sit in cab. Driver start and he ask me for parking charhe and afyer sometime he ask me to give toll tax. I pay both other than my travelling cost. Ola cab hasno cusyomer care to listen us. It is good but many ime I get cheated by them.
