I have been using ola taxi service for 4 years now, every driver can’t be the same hence I have faced some bad ones too, i’ll share my one of the bad experience that led me to think twice before I opt for ola
Once I had booked an ola ride from mumbai international airport to my home , as airport is too big with many floors of parking I had to search for the particular floor that ola driver told he’ll meet me .after walking 2 km approx. I reached the gate after that I waited for 10 minutes for him but he said i’ll reach in 2 minutes
After all the drama he said on the call that he cannot come , I was shocked and asked him why so , he said you are at the wrong gate , but I said you are the only one who told me that u’ll pick me from there .then he hung up the phone
I had to order another taxi and wait for 15 mins because of this I faced a lot of inconvinience , I complained about this. Who knows what they did.
