Always says no cabs available. If cab is booked and once the confirmation is received, drivers will say we haven’t received any notification and the booking will be cancelled automatically. if you call up for customer care for registering complaint on the same, they will tell they will not accept any complaints and disconnect the call.
Most of the times I have experienced this issue. Service is not good. Not worth single star also for the customer support. Should improve there service quality.
