I had faced very bad experience with Ola cabs.few months ago I was having my exam at 2: 00 pm.the center which I got was little far.so I booked a Ola cab at 1pm.I waited for more than 15mins there but I was not able to track the cab.so I cancelled the cab but than I got the message for cancelling fees of 25rs of no reason.then I booked another cab which came after 10 mins.but the driver was so rude.he didn’t even knew the road properly.he took me from the long way. because of traffic signal it already took 40mins to reach. Atlast I was late. Hate ola cabs.
