Congratulations on creating such a pathetic service! A cab was not provided 11:30 for our confirmed pick up at 10:30 AM(CRN9411354). The driver allocation was changed four timesstrong text and finally we received a cancellation notification at 11:45 AM whereas we did not request for cancellation. This has made me miss my senior leadership meeting . Pathetic and simply disastrous. What else can be said?
Most importantly, when I called the customer service to escalate this issue, my call was simply disconnected when I requested to get connected to the Supervisor. Second time, I was put on hold for good 26 mins. Horrible customer service. really sad and pathetic. Not sure how you will expand your business with this approach?
