Ola has created a standard in metro cities and tier one cities. The easy to use and adoptibility in the changing world has been tremendous. But thats the old story heard. Its time ola needs to improve and make it smooth in tier 2 cities also. The need of ola is inevitable but ola needs to educate and train drivers for their behavior as they carry the face of ila with them. Maybe people ll say ola does not have its own taxi fleet but for people who avail the service for them taxis are of ola.
