OLA cbs is one of the famous service in taxi services. I lives in Nashik city Maharashtra. In my city OLA cabs service is available. I alway use to prefer OLA service for Auto rickshaw because of strong Availability.
Now we talk about availablity as per my location.
OLA cabs are always available for local and outstation traveling.
Available at day and night.
OLA Rickshaw also strongly available for local travelling.
The good thing is now a days OLA’s bike ride service also started. It suitable for single person who want to travel locally.
Now we can talk about OLA’s charges in my city.
OLA’s charges is 3 times higher than other service providers.
From my home to my working location distance is 2.5km. OLA rickshaw can charhe me 46-54/- inr for that. It is too high charge as per distance.
OLA’s cancellation charges also too much high. They can add that charges in next ride which is near about 15/- inr.
Now we talk about OLA’s driver.
OLA driver is asking for destination on call after ride booking. Then they decided to go or not.
Some drivers are arrogant to talk and not well treated.
On some other location OLA drivers are demanding extra money. When I was gone to Coimbatore ( Tamilnadu) the each and evey rickshaw driver demanding 20-30/- inr extra money.

OLA mobile app is good designed which is easy to use.
But some time OLA app can lag too much.
Sometime its not showing real location or loading too slowly.
