OLA Outstations most unreliable service provider . Ola may have a good name in intra city taxi service but the OLA outstation is really pathetic . They can cancel your outstation trip booking at last moment leaving you no where .
I would recommend not to book from OLA for the reason.

The customer rep would make tall claims about reliability of their service but in the time of crisis they will stick to their standard lines that cab not available so booking is canceled .
Dont understand the importance of the booking .
You get the confirmation or cancellation notification at the last moment .
False claim that if I change cab category in outstation bookings I would get my trip confirmed .
The claims of being cheapest can are misleading . Generaly offlne and online cab agents gives 250-300 km for 1 day trip(up and down) . Ola gives only 175-180 km for an round trip and charges extra for further distance . Thus effectivley you end up paying more in so called cheapest cab service
