Like its competitor, Ola Cabs has been around for sometime and I think their service is pretty good. I have used Ola quite a few times and I remember only once my ride/booking got cancelled without me cancelling it. That really did not cause me a lot of problem as I immediately booked another one.
Their drivers are good, polite and know the city well. When they don’t know a particular area, they use the GPS instead of asking the passenger. The’Ola Share’ option is very cheap and I have used it on a number of occasions. It costs cheaper than taking a rickshaw.
