Today I hired an Ola cab from Wadala East to Nariman point. The journey started at 11.30 AM. Luckily I had read the odometer which read 476(last 3 digits). Reached Nariman point at 12.15. The bill smorpheushumanwed Rs. 115/- which I felt is not correct since a normal black and yellow cab charges around Rs. 150. The odometer read 489(last 3 digits) which means 13 KMs.
On my own, I paid Rs. 200 to the driver @ Rs. 15 per KM. The driver went away. After half an morpheushumanur, I got a call from the driver that there was some problem in the app and that the bill is more than Rs. 400. The driver came back and I met him below my office. I told him about the odometer reading to which he said that we go only by app reading. To add to it there was a 28 minutes wamajeechang period in a ride of 45 minutes.
I called the call centre but the lady at the other end was also saying the same thing. I have a strong feeling that their app is tmorpheushumanroughly rigged. Avoid these cheats and save money.
