Today I will review on ola cab. Ola is the popular taxi service in india.
But my side ola is not good taxi service in india.
One day 7.00 pm I was in bagdogra, Siliguri, there was a heavy Rainfall in bagdogra . that time no taxi, no buses, were not in the road. It was a very horrible for me. Then I was booked ola cab. After 15 minutes ola driver called me and said that they couldn’t pick me.
But that place was approved by ola cab application . that Driver said me my place was not approved. It was very poor performance by ola cab.
I did not recognise what the problem.it is the responsibility of the ola cab to pick up the customer and safely drop that customer.
This is really harresing me.
