Previously it was a good cab service provider but now a days they have hiked a lot and service is also not upto the mark. On the night cabs are hardly to find mini are not available only few sedan become available. Drivers also don’t behave well they have become ruthless. Company should take action against the bad drivers. They ask for extra money apart from the rent. Drivers even deny to take passengers. Company stopped providing exclusive offers now a days very rare they give discount offers. Customer care also don’t recieve the call to solve the customer problem.
