I had listened a lot about this app providing rides to locations of your choice. I even downloaded it so as to myself experience how it works. But my experience with ola cabs was too bad or I would say worse. I had booked a cab for one location. The cab person even agreed for the ride but then it didn’t reach even when I was standing for it for more than 20 mins.That day when I cancelled the ride, it asked me to pay 50 rupees for cancelling the ride. It was very disappointing.
