Hi People I am still facing an issue with OLA cab services which is still UNRESOLVED and my Ola ticket reference number is: 14519164.
First complaint raised on 28/July/2016 and we are still following up with OLA on this issue.
Let me reiterate the issue:
My mother is using a basic Samsung feature phone and we all know that a basic feature phone will not have the facility of downloading any of the apps.
My mother is receiving OLA booking calls since, 28/July/2016 and since then she has received calls everyday from OLA drivers be it day, Mid Day, Mid Night, early in the morning and the calls she receives from different OLA drivers and the drivers cannot help it too since, it needs to be rectified by the tech team of Ola.
Now My mother is scared of receiving any of our Calls thinking it might be from any of the OLA drivers. Been to police stating last week and even the police also happen to speak with OLA customer care team but we are still receiving calls from OLA drivers.
After having made so many calls to OLA customer care and having a chain of 78 emails from OLA it clearly indicates that OLAs customer care team do not have a good coordination with their Tech Team and it could be that they do NOT want to resolve the issue instead.
NOTE: We are still receiving calls from Ola drivers and we just received it on 27/Oct/2016. Please find attached for the same too.
Guyz I have attached the screen shots of the emails, screen shot of the phone calls which we are continuously receiving from OLA drivers.
Also, I have attached a Video too please check the Video and the screenshots too to know the issue and beware of OLA.
Hope the issue gets resolved before 2020.
