Hello friends today i’m going to share myola experience with you. Ola cabs are good for short trips like home to metro, malls and monuments not for long routes and for new places because many drivers can’t operate the device.
Tour operator: Many drivers didn’t have knowledge of google navigation and how to operate it. Now we can book also ola autos but they have same problem. I have to tell him where I want to go because they can’t operate google maps and not able to understand. Like one day I have to go to motorola service centre and I booked a ola cab and driver ask me where r u going because he don’t what is my destination but I put my destination. I have to navigate it that’s why I give him 2 star rating because of his behaviour and age. And another day after one week I have to go to pick my phone from service centre and next time driver call me that he can’t go there pls cancel it. So I cancel it. And I booked another cab and I find it is good but after reaching laxmi nagar he searching for motorola service whether he should end the trip at destination location. And he said bro I am ending trip here. Because of him I have to give him extra charge of time. Thats why I don’t find travel operator is helpful. Some times they are good 10 of 2 operators.
Tour guide expertise: if you book ola auto and tell them the place where you want to go and your place is popular then you don’t have to worry but if your place is not so popular then you have to worry because many driver don’t have kniwledge of navigation. That’s why tour guide expertise is also not so good for not so popular place. And in rural areas.
Travel convenience: Travel convience not so bad and not so good its on your luck if you get a good driver and he is very good in device knowledge and navigation and on the other hand cab should also in good condition. If these two condition are in your time then your covenience is good and in right rate. Ola cabs are budget friendly. Thats why I found its about the luck. Sometimes good or sometime bad. That’s all I experienced.
