I have booked ola outstation and received confirmation for that. They said you will receive driver details 1hr before scheduled time. Later I have not received any. Driver details till 5minutes before departure time and when I called customer service they just asked me they are searching for cab and whenever it will be available they will alot. And they suggested if u r getting late then u cancel trip and book again. What is the probability that I will get cab in second booking and also I was getting late. So simple I can conclude that don’t trust on ola outstation and they may land up u in problems if you have to catch train flights or any time specific destinations.
