Today I plan for going site visit at Neral from Vasai.
The cab was booked by Neral builder and he provided me 2 OTP .One for start the joury and second for end the journey.
When cab driver came I tell him first otp and started jonery.
Then I reached there and check all properties and now time to left home.
Driver asked me for second OTP I tell him that I can’t provide you otp without complete my journey but he forced hor me .
Finally I tell him second OTP and I really surprised he says me your trip now end.
Please book another cab and go Home.
On whole day we have not taken any food and water dew to corona.
Now he tell me that you pay me 1389 rs I will drop you...
Then I asked my builder for this accident he tell me that money Allreday deducted from my Corporate account.
Why you give permission like stupid people thay have no traning no idea about rounded Trip.
I think Ola is a big reputed company and this type of service destroy his image in Market..
I am also a big customer ola and every week I travel vasai from Vikhroli my office.
In the night with my family I have no option so I pay the amount from my google pay account 1389 Rs.
You rounded Trip charges 2199.
I request you to refund my amount in my own account.
Otherwise I never use your services and ESCALATE on my Twitter account ..
