I have recently booked ola cab in Hyderabad. My destination is a major hospital. Driver doesn’t know the destination he took us in the incorrect direction and when I questioned his knowledge of city routes he behaved rudely. At one stage he said he will leave us on road in middle of nowhere. He argued with my family in the car. He doesnt have any knowledge of city routes at all.
In addition he doesnt know how to operate his phone GPS. Moreover, his customer service skills are aweful. I wonder how ola cabs engage these drivers.
